Item has some stains on the metal side. It also show some scratches and marks mostly on the metal side. Please zoom pictures since they maybe hard to see. Even when the item is mostly unused it has some marks, scratches and dents. Inside toaster it looks in very good condition, please see pictures of tray and see pictures inside where the bread gets toasted.
