This is an awesome digital scale that syncs instantly with your smartphone, so you can track your progress over time. And not just weight—it also shows your BMI (body mass index), heart rate, muscle mass, bone mass, water percentage, your vascular age, and more. Charges with a microUSB cable—and once it's charged, it goes for a year without needing another charge. Great-looking design.
The second screen shows an actual GRAPH of your last few weigh-ins, complete with an indication of how much you've gained or lost since then—right on the scale! Super handy to see how you're doing.
