Never been used and the packaging box it came in is just a little beat up (that's how I received it in the mail) but other than the box, the toaster is in mint condition and still in the plastic.
We actually received two accidentally but we are selling them because we already got one as a gift from someone else and we just want to get rid of them. This is the last one of the 2 to sell.
